I put in some pretty good miles this month. I’ve run 25 of 31 days, and have put in about 84 miles in total. Not to mention a Spartan Sprint sprinkled in there. 😂
One of the biggest changes has been in my routine. I know that if I don’t go out and run first thing in the morning, it’s just **not going to happen**. So, I’ve tried to make it into a game: I “earn” my coffee.
Admittedly, I had a drop off last year, and my running in February 2019 wasn’t as consistent as in January. I’m hoping for better results this year.
In the end, I feel like I’m building a sustainable habit, and that should help me for the long run.
