Microsoft 365 Service Advisory
As of 1:37 PM CT today, Microsoft is investigating a service issue impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
What we know so far:
The issue involves a portion of Microsoft’s North America infrastructure not processing traffic as expected.
Microsoft has restored the affected infrastructure, but traffic is still being rebalanced to fully mitigate impact.
Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues or delays during recovery.
Current Status:
