Here at iPhone Lafayette, we have put another year of excellent service under our belt. We continue to provide the best service at competitive prices for everyone in our community. We have a total of 5 employees who each have their own gifts and talents and we are so proud of how well we all work together to make every customer experience the best it can be. This year we have focused on keeping a wide variety of pre-owned devices in stock including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches. We have also dedicated our budget to making sure we have as many iPhone and iPad parts in stock as possible. We know how important it is to have your device repaired in a timely manner and for us, that means having what you need in stock. Our employees are well-trained in repairs and customer service so we are always confident that each customer experience will be excellent. If you have ever been here and are happy with our service please let us know. If you have ever been here and had a bad experience we want to know about that as well. We know mistakes happen and it is impossible to make every situation perfect, but we will continue to strive for perfection so that mistakes are few and far in between. Thank you to every person who came to our store, recommended us to a friend, shared our social media post, and did everything else that you do to help us stay in business. 2022 was a tough year for a lot of people and we want to help lighten the burden by helping you keep a fully functional smartphone, tablet, and computer. We believe 2023 has the potential to be our best year to date and we hope if you’re reading this that 2023 will be your best year ever as well. This year we are going to work on offering a variety of preowned android devices as well as improve our selection of accessories. We currently have cases, screen protectors, and chargers for iPhones, Samsung, iPads, and Apple Watches but we are going to work on having an even better selection for our customers. Look out 2023, here we come!
