Dear Users of VJ Consulting Managed Services,

We are upgrading our network Friday 13th evening from 5:30pm-9:30pm. During this downtime the following services will be impacted:
• Email Hosting
• VJC Ticketing
• Offsite Backup Hosting
• Hosted Server Access via network VPN and dialup VPN

Please note we are aiming for this upgrade downtime to be very short as we are hoping to get the critical services up and running as soon as possible.

Please note for dialup VPN access to the hosted servers, we have a new software to install on your devices. The remote installation of the VPN software and configuration will be at no cost to you. Please email [email protected] or call our office at 337-265-3900 to get remote installation.
