We are hiring for a TEMPORARY receptionist position to provide coverage while an employee is out. This is strictly a short-term role.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly individual to assist our clients and support our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be comfortable using computers, and be willing to learn new skills and software.

This position requires work from our office Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic receptionist and office duties
Answer phone calls and emails, directing them as necessary
Keep appointment schedules up to date
Enter data and create work orders
Assist technicians with various tasks as needed
Run occasional errands when requested

Job Details:
Type: Temporary
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: No prior experience is needed; we are willing to train
