Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team and work with a variety of clients, technologies, and challenges—both remotely and onsite.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Handle Level 2 support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud systems
• Troubleshoot tickets and perform onsite service visits
• Escalate service tickets to Level 3 technicians as needed
• Collaborate with a skilled team and contribute to IT projects
• Support a wide range of industries and tech environments
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in IT support (MSP experience a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
