Job Summary
The Product Security Engineer will support the security architecture, design reviews, and cybersecurity risk management activities for Medical Devices and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) platforms. This role focuses on ensuring the security, privacy, and regulatory compliance of medical devices.

The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and DevOps teams to implement secure design practices. A significant portion of the role involves performing threat modeling and supporting cybersecurity risk management activities aligned with FDA guidance. The position also contributes to security documentation supporting 510(k) submissions, post-market cybersecurity management, and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform product security risk assessments and threat modeling for Medical Devices and SaMD platforms.
* Support cybersecurity documentation for FDA regulatory submissions, including 510(k), cybersecurity risk management files, and SBOM requirements.

Job Purpose

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment, ensuring accurate profile information for timely distribution.
• Respond directly to customer inquiries or route calls to appropriate staff while demonstrating empathy to patients.
• Run medical claims and update concise progress notes to support workflow visibility.
• Use management information systems to answer questions regarding refill needs, prescription status, insurance verification, and invoice requests.
• Address patient questions during refill scheduling and transfer to clinical teams when appropriate.
• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on team or program requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year or more of call center experience.
