LightPoint began in 2001 with a vision of bringing big name service to small businesses without the exorbitant price tag. We modeled ourselves after some of the best run companies in the world to set a standard of service that we could hold ourselves accountable to provide. Among our many industries served, we found an early niche in Healthcare IT and that’s when we realized the incredible respons

ibility we bear. When our healthcare customers are servicing patients, the well-being of real people is in question and the last thing providers need is an exasperating IT issue. Our LightPoint team has taken this sense of duty to heart and our steadfast focus on customer service has grown to industries beyond healthcare as a result. We believe that every client deserves service as though lives are on the line, every time. When LightPoint takes on a new client, we don’t see a billing opportunity. We see a relationship we hope to nurture over decades, not days. Some clients have retained our services so long ago, their children are in charge now. It’s these ongoing relationships that we value most.
