Dear Friends,
Like most companies, we at CDN Partners are fine tuning our work from home procedures in preparation for a COVID-19 outbreak (or other emergency, really). Being a technology company, we are already well prepared and have a plan in place. We want to share that plan with you so that you know how CDN will continue to serve your tech needs in an emergency.
• All CDN staff is equipped to perform all necessary job functions from their home, hotel, favorite coffee shop, or anywhere internet is available.
• All support tickets should continue to be emailed to [email protected]. If your email is down, please call the office at 863-644-2236 and follow the prompts.
• All phone calls will be answered by an auto-attendant reminding you that support requests are to be emailed to [email protected]. An option will be given to leave a voice message. That message will be emailed to [email protected] and someone will return your call as soon as reasonably possible.
• To protect the health and safety of our staff (and yours too), on site visits will be limited to emergencies only. Your server or firewall down is an example of an emergency. Your workstation is acting strangely may not be an emergency.
We will be implementing this for a day next week as a test run. We will send out a reminder email the day before the selected test day.
