Bay State Specialty Company, a family-owned promotional products supplier, has promoted Eric Cardoza to President, effective April 28, 2026. As part of a long-term succession plan, current President Michael Moore will move into an oversight role.

Cardoza, who has been with Bay State for more than seven years, most recently served as Vice President of Operations. In that role, he helped strengthen operations and guided the company through COVID-19 disruption and ongoing global supply chain challenges impacting the promotional products industry.

“Over seven years ago, we brought Eric on board, and it was immediately clear he was smart, knowledgeable, skilled, and hardworking,” said owners Joel and Michael Moore in a joint statement. “He proved a tremendous asset navigating COVID-19’s ups and downs and the supply chain issues that followed. Eric quickly rose to Vice President of Operations, proving his ability to run a company. We’re thrilled to have him at the helm of Bay State and excited for his continued success.”

Founded in 1954, Bay State has remained family-owned for decades, earning a reputation as a trusted supplier partner to distributors nationwide with a broad portfolio of promotional products and a focus on value, service, and speed-to-market.

As President, Cardoza will lead company strategy and operations, with a focus on supporting distributor partners and driving continued growth.
