A few important details to know upfront:
No remote positions — This is an in-office role based in Lancaster, PA.
You must live relatively close (Central PA area preferred). If you're in another country or far away, please hold off—this one's for local talent!
We're looking for friendly, outgoing people who thrive on providing real human support over the phone and in person.
Strong communication skills are a must. Bonus points for humor, personality, and that "Less Nerd, More Human" ❤️ vibe.
Naturally, you need to have some kind of help desk support/technology skill. We are looking for passionate technicians who love working with people, solving problems, and working with a team to deliver the best human experience to our customers!
