In case you missed it, here are some highlights from AVAIL Technology Solutions, 2nd Annual Customer Centric Services Summit at Spooky Nook Sports. Where we aimed to help clients enhance their customer experience. The summit included a panel discussion with leading providers on the latest developments in cloud-based phone systems and call centers, covering Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). The event also featured breakout sessions on IVR efficiency, workforce management, and the role of AI in customer service strategy.
