We'll be seeking out some Artists for game assets soon. Specifically looking for Character Art, Backgrounds/Environments, UI Elements, and some general Sci-Fi type objects (spaceships, tech, etc).
If you'd like to get brought to the front of the line, feel free to DM us with your rates! Portfolios or examples of work help a lot as well! We're hoping to make connections with artists with whom we'd like to keep working with on future projects!
We support Artists and their art! We will happily pay for the service and license - but keep in mind, we're BROKE AS HELL! We're being supported by team members' personal income at the moment, so please be gentle with our wallets on your quotes!

Wanted to add some FAQs we've received when we've reached out to artists before:
1Q) What formats do you need?
1A) We're most used to working with PNG/TIFF/JPG/etc. Most common image formats. We're really more constrained by Unity's image support, but it's pretty robust.
2Q) "What is the expected time from for delivery?"
2A) We haven't ever set a release date for anything, so NONE! go at your own pace, and feel free to work on higher paying commissions first. We only ask that you keep good communication with us about status/delays. For as lax as we are, we won't wait forever.
3Q) "Can/Will I received royalties for sales of the game?"
3A) Well, sure? But we're not going to sell the game or even put ads on it. We're using this as a way to get our name out there - our game portfolio, if you will. We can definitely discuss it on future projects if we have a good working relationship after this one!
4Q) "Is there an NDA for the work?/Is it okay to share in-progress/completed versions of the work on my social media?"
4A) No NDAs/Embargos/Etc. HELL YES to sharing it! Art is meant to be shared! Feel free to tell people it's for a game we're making too ;)
5Q) "Will I be listed in the games credit? Will I be listed on the games 'box-art'?"
5A) To the Former, Absolutely! And we'll link to your websites/social media when possible (and if desired). Full credit will be given at all times! For the Box-Art deal, we'll have to discuss, but likely no. That level of credit is pretty much reserved for "Producer" level contribution. If you're providing the overwhelming majority of art assets and have played a significant role in the art direction of the game, then it's definitely possible.
6Q) Can I send you LBGTQ+ art in my portfolio?/Are you looking for LBGTQ+ art for your game?
6A) Bring it! Send us whatever you'd like to show your skill. The first iteration of the game will not have story so we don't have any character interactions yet. But if that's your specialty, we'll keep you in mind when we begin story development.
7Q) Can I send you NSFW/Adult art in my portfolio?/Are you looking for NSFW/Adult art for your game?
7A) Bring it (We're people of culture as well)! Send us whatever you'd like to show your skill. The first iteration of the game will not have story so we don't have any character interactions yet. But if that's your specialty, we'll keep you in mind when we begin story development.
