We ended homelessness for several people last week! While we continue to help people navigate their housing situation, we continue to see a rise in people who are experiencing homelessness for the first time. Rapid rehousing, homeless prevention, flexible services, and expanded outreach are the answers to help our community reduce the number of people surviving outside and entering homelessness for the first time.
National Alliance to End Homelessness: "First-time homelessness has also been on the rise (increasing 23 percent since 2019). Federal and state resources for people experiencing homelessness are not keeping up with demand in most communities."

Our Family Empowerment Team was proud to join community partners at Alta Tierra Apartments for a pop-up resource event!

Together, we connected families with information on financial literacy, job training, family education, and higher education. We’re grateful for opportunities like these to strengthen connections and expand access to resources in our community.
