Last week, we spent time onsite with the team at Tru-Form Foundations, Inc. in New Hampshire.

For concrete contractors, the difference between a smooth day and a chaotic one often comes down to coordination. When crews, schedules, and field communication are aligned, teams spend less time firefighting and more time moving jobs forward.

Another successful onsite Retti implementation with Midwest Poured Walls, Inc. out of Omaha, Nebraska.

In concrete, keeping crews, concrete orders, pumps, inspections, and job readiness aligned in real time is what separates smooth days from constant fire drills.

That’s exactly what we worked through onsite this week.
