Work with customers via an online help desk system, telephone, and remote support tools to diagnose technical issues related to PC operating systems, applications, networks, servers, and peripherals.

Support and maintain customer and in-house technology equipment. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training and assistance where required. Occasionally make calls to customers in order to gather details, update status, and schedule pickups.

Don't worry though. If this happens to you, we can still help you even if you do miss the deadline!
