Hello! My name is Nick. I am an IT student at Davis Technical College. This is a side gig based in Layton, Utah, alongside my current job. I want to help the people around me and share my knowledge with others. My goal of this business is to provide excellent tech support and service for your personal computer(s) and other tech appliances at a very affordable cost, no corners cut. In return I hope that I can help you understand your computer/device more so you may be able to perform these services on your own in the future if needed. I will provide services completely based on your budget and needs!
My services include:
- Diagnosis and repair of various problems with personal computers(PCs) and mobile devices, including malware mediation and data recovery. I will attempt to walk you through repairs over video call if the issue is not too complicated; that way, you may have your computer repaired in the comfort of your own home at a very affordable cost. If not, we can schedule a time to meet up.
- Custom parts and assembly, 100% based on your budget and needs and done in a timely manner. Service includes the entire assembly, choosing and gathering the necessary components, and even delivery of completed product. I will be sure to work with you in finding your ideal aesthetic.
- Custom Part Picking: If you do not know the ideal set of parts for your PC, I will gather a list of parts for you, 100% based on your budget and needs. *You will be responsible for costs and assembly*
- Aesthetics/Modding; If your PC doesn't fit your aesthetic needs, I will organize any cables, install sweet lights, replace boring parts with color coordinated ones, convert to liquid cooling with sweet designs, optimize cooling and and performance getting you a new case, and literally anything else. *I will work closely with you to make sure you're happy with the look.*
- Anything else you may need help with, including network setup, database creation, server maintenance, etc. (As long as it's in the scope of my skills and knowledge)

Please provide your name, phone number, and email in the booking/message with the problem or service needed. On your scheduled time, I will get in contact with you either through video chat, phone call, or message and discuss the services needed, payment, and plan of action.

*All transactions are made through Venmo.
*If you are unsatisfied with any of the work performed, I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue and take the needed steps to ensure your satisfaction.
*Every service performed will be fortified by a legal "Service Agreement," which must be read, filled out, and signed by both parties ("Contractor" and "Client"). Services will not begin until this document is completed.
*I can not guarantee success with the service, but I will do everything that my knowledge and skills can provide. If I am unsuccessful in providing the agreed-upon service, a full refund will be issued as stated in the Service Agreement.

I am CompTIA ITF+ Certified. This means I am qualified to diagnose, build, and set up computers. Other knowledge includes understanding networking and database essentials. Earners of the CompTIA ITF+ certification have the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, application and software, software development, database fundamentals, and security. These IT candidates have demonstrated the ability to install software, establish basic network connectivity, and identify and prevent basic security risks.
