He has held positions at KPMG, Grant Thornton, General Electric, Arthur D. managing the delivery of Information Technology consulting services to Federal agencies. His experience and expertise is in management consulting and systems development and integration services to Federal Government clients such as the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, and the Department of the Interior. Furthermore, Mr. Nathaniel has deep expertise in a number of areas including Program and Project Management, Business Process Engineering, and Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and holds a Bachelors Degree from Gonzaga University in Political Science and History and a Masters Degree from Troy State University in Management Science. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army with over 27 years of experience in Active, National Guard, and Reserve assignments.
