Biren Gandhi is the Founder and CEO of Speak to IoT and SMART INDIA. Speak to IoT’s mission is to provide a simple, secure, and universal Voice AI platform to allow touchless control of anything. SMART INDIA is a product company providing voice-enabled hardware and mobile app solutions to connect everything through voice.

Biren is a Silicon Valley veteran and an industry leader for over 20 years. He has been an angel investor, a mentor-advisor to various business and non-profit entities, and a passionate keynote speaker. Some of his favorite topics are the Internet of Things (IoT), Voice AI, the human race's future, and the technology of ancient traditions.

In his life before Speak To IoT, Biren has held executive leadership positions at Cisco, Zynga, and Meta to spearhead new business expansions using build-buy-partner-invest-cocreate tools.

And we are really glad he is.

Peter started his career as a software engineer & architect in the emerging technology field of Computer-Telephony-Integration after finishing his MS in Computer Science. After a couple of years, he switched to IT infrastructure to leverage the market opportunities Microsoft opened up, with its innovative product suite of Windows Server and Backoffice. Peter then moved on to another innovative and new industry – eCommerce, where he moved on from implementation of solutions to strategy & architecture consulting, as well as project management. In the process he built up a new business unit for Lufthansa Systems. This endeavour was followed by diving into other innovative digital technologies like mobile, Cloud, analytics, IoT and AI, all with the goal to optimize business processes and creating new business models. After 15 in the digital industry, Peter went back to “school”, earning his MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. After that he spent some time in Brazil and Australia until he returned to Germany in 2020. In the last 2 years Peter’s focus has shifted to the convergence of digital and sustainability, especially in the Industry 4.0 domain. This is also supported by his current role at the MIT Club of Germany, where he built up its sustainability program, including partnerships with different parts of MIT, the global MIT Alumni Energy, Environmental & Sustainability Network and local partners in Germany, like UN-FCCC, FairTrade International and Climate Partners.

Dave has spent over 30 years working with supply chain solutions with time at a range of solution providers, normally at the strategic end of the product use and design, always looking to tell a story and make a difference.

Dave has most recently been a Postgraduate Lecturer and consultant on , a technology advisor with several participators. He has extensive, long-term expertise in Supply Chain leadership roles; for the last decade he has been providing advisory services to leadership roles ranging from innovative companies to market leaders, advising start-ups who are significant providers in areas such as machine learning, advanced analytics, and extended visibility solutions.

He has been providing future insight on Supply Chain strategy, systems and solution usage enabling Supply Chain Change and team process improvement. He is particularly interested in how companies can become disruptive through the leveraging of emerging technologies and approaches.

Marta Waydel is a forward-thinking and hands-on industry professional with 20 years of worldwide experience, including exposure to fashion shows, photo shoots and production management. She had the pleasure of working for some of the best names in the fashion industry such as Fendi, Stella McCartney, YOHJI YAMAMOTO Inc., hermĂšs, CHANEL, and many more.

She specializes in fashion innovation, consumer behavior and sustainability. Her eternal passion for technology in combination with enthusiasm for generating ideas and extensive knowledge of the fashion industry resulted in great interest in finding new methods to engage with consumers. She is passionate about leading projects that drive positive impact.

Furthermore, Waydel has been involved as an expert and speaker in various conferences including Innovation Week in , where she was discussing what technology means for sustainability and Munich Fabrics Start, talking about creating the fashion of the future. She also gave invited talks on Sustainability and Innovations within the fashion industry for various programs e.g. Sky News and consulted on projects such as ‘Home of the future’ by Unruly.
