There is Dish fraud happening in the area. Please don't release any information over the phone to anyone unless you know for sure who you are talking to.
Dish will NEVER ask any personal or account information, they will not ask for receiver numbers over the phone or by email. They have this information.
We are getting reports of receivers being sent to customers without them requesting replacement. They are then being ask to activate them and pay a fee over the phone.
If you are contacted by someone saying they represent Dish please reach out to the ONLY local Dish Authorized Premier Retailer.
