Important update for our GWI community! 📣

We recently launched our brand-new customer portal to give you a more secure and seamless billing experience. We know transitions like this come with a few bumps in the road, so we want to thank you for your patience as we get everything smoothed out.

To help make this transition easier, we are rolling out a few updates for April:

✅ No Late Fees: We have paused all late fees and service suspensions for the month of April while everyone updates their accounts.
✅ 5% ACH Discount: Because of strict security rules, we couldn't migrate your previous bank account (ACH) data. If you log in and re-enter your ACH info, we’ll take 5% off your next month’s bill as a thank you!
✅ Check Your Inbox: We sent a detailed email today with instructions on how to access the portal, update tax-exempt forms, and more.
