Issues having your radio released from previous provider?

Many customers report issues, let us be clear: If you own your device outright, and you owe no outstanding balance, the previous provider CANNOT refuse the release of your IMEI onto another platform.

Email [email protected] to receive a form to fill out to send to your previous provider.

We apologize for the rough transition on this. Federated Communications will do everything in our power to make this transition as easy as possible for those that need a LIFELINE IN THE FIELD.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

We have been flooded with calls from worried & confused customers of 911inet about rumors they were going out of business. 911inet released an official statement regarding these rumors. Effective September 1, 2026 they will cease dispatch operations for all private entities & persons. They will remain servicing their municipal public safety & federal contracts only in a restructuring plan. This decision leaves hundreds of clients without dispatch service & we at Federated Communications is here to help by welcoming those affected clients into the FedCom family. All current 911inet customers may bring their existing radios onto our network as we use the same state of the art Kirisun system as they do. We will make it a seamless transition without the need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars for new radios. We urge 911inet to direct their affected clients to us so we can continue their dispatching needs with little to no service interruption. We wish 911inet the best of luck with their restructuring plan & we are here to help their affected customers.
