** Vending Sales have opened for RiverCityCon 2027 **
- Vending Booths 8x8 and 6x10. Two badges and one table.
- Game Demo Tables. One badge and a table.
- Maker Tables. New This Year. One badge and table. For those that make their own ware. Crafts, books, art, games... (This was known as an Entrepreneur Table at LexiCon.)
RiverCityCon 2027 will be Jan. 29th-31st at the Marriott Louisville East.

Anticipated attendance this year at RiverCityCon Board Game & RPG Convention 2027 will be 830 to 860 unique attendees.

- LexiCon Early Bird Sale is Planned for early/mid Sept.
- We hope to have vending sales open then too.
The hotel is going through renovations in 2027 and so we will use the 2026 vending map. That being said, we cannot guarantee where you booth will be. We do not think they will be doing much with the ballroom, but we don't know how renovations will impact the whole space/convention. We will try to get more specific information, but really don't anticipate anything concrete until Nov. or Dec. at the earliest. We will need to open vending sales before this.
