Hey Guys....Sorry it's been a while, but I've been out helping others. Latest new is.... Windows 10 auto install??? I've been getting a lot of calls on this one.. It appears that MS is really pushing this upgrade, (since it's coming to the the end of their free upgrade..) the only problem is that they don't have all the drivers that are needed for your older devices..or newer in some cases??? On your newer systems...not as Big a problem...your Older systems...LOOK OUT!!! You have 2 options... uninstall win 10 auto install...or block the Windows 10 optional (forced in the back ground) Installation. I Have a worked out a Fix for both of these situations. You can block it before it installs ....or I can help you revert back to your previous windows version! Anyway....Give us a quick call and WE CAN HELP!!! Have a Great Day!!!

Howdy Folks!!!! I hope you and yours are doing well today!
I had 2 computers come in last week that had been upgraded with Windows 10. However the customer forgot to check to make sure their computer would be able to handle the upgrade.... :-( OOPS. In this case the hardware (and Software) had some issues with the Upgrade. I had to backup their data and Re-install their old Windows system to correct the problem. I know this is a free upgrade, but not all computers can handle it. You should always check to make sure that your PC is Windows 10 ready, before you install it. Hi Guys.... I've been getting a lot of PC's in lately that are really eaten-up with virus, malware and bloat-ware. The modern PC today is as complicated as your normal car is. Just as you would give your car a regular oil change..tune-up..or tire rotation..your PC needs that too! There are so many changes to windows, java, flash player...and many other programs that are required to keep your computer running like clock-work. Most of these programs are running in the back ground that you don't see. It's very important to keep these programs as well as your you anti-virus, up to date to keep your PC working up to it's full potential. OOOHH ...and another BIG plus that my customers are asking for now is the High Speed Digital hard drive upgrade. It accesses the data from the hard drive ten times faster than the old drives! Hello Fellow PC Geeks!!! I hope everyone is having a Great Day! I've been asked What I think about the New Windows 10 Operating system offer that is showing up on your task bar, Letting you know that "You have a FREE windows 10 Upgrade!". Well.....here are my thoughts. Unless you enjoy solving lots of computer problems....WAIT TO UPGRADE!! If you want to download it for later ...that's cool. Here's Why----Window 10 is very similar to Windows 8, which is very similar to an Apple IPAD. If you like windows 8 Then windows 10 should not be too different. Also any new system from Microsoft you will have many bugs in it that you will have to deal with and when you upgrade an operating system you will have to make sure your old programs, old printers, and other devices, will work on the new Windows. So there are many things to consider. So in short... Wait and let someone else work out the problems for you. Word is that Microsoft will offer this free upgrade for the next year. Hey Folks, I hope your having a great Week! Make sure you update your Mozilla Firefox browser. They issued a critical patch last week that is very important. You should have version 39.0.3. Open Firefox, click help at the top and then click about Firefox. it will update your browser. Repeat that until you get to the current version. Give us a call if you need any help. :-)

Hello Guys! Well this week we have gotten several complaints about fake Microsoft support or other support company calls. Anyone that calls you....you should be aware of!!!! No company will call you if YOU have a problem! This a a SCAM company calling you to see if they can get to your credit card ...or your computer, via remote access to get your money. If you get a call from these people...give us ..or the BBB a call before you give them ANY information. DON'T let anyone who calls you... have ANY INFORMATION!!! Call someone you KNOW!!!...before you give info to a Stranger!!! Have a GREAT WEEK!

Hey Guys! Got a call this week from a client in Iowa. She said her profile was corrupted and she could not log on. This happens for a lot of reasons. It's a good Idea to setup another user with Administrator status so you can log in on that one is yours gets corrupted from a bad windows update or a virus.
