Some clients become so much more than clients. ❤️

15 years ago at 20 years old, I walked into a conference room with Farmers National Bank and met Sharon Howell for the very first time. What started as a working relationship quickly turned into years of encouragement, trust, laughter, creativity, and friendship.

Sharon wasn’t just Big Echo Creative’s very first client — she became family. A constant supporter, a familiar face through every season of growth, and truly a “marketing momma” from day one.

Over the last 40 years, Sharon has left an incredible mark on Farmers National Bank and on so many people lucky enough to work beside her. Her kindness, leadership, loyalty, and heart are things that can’t be measured.

As you step into retirement, Sharon, we just want to say thank you. Thank you for believing in us before we even fully believed in ourselves. Thank you for every opportunity, every conversation, every recommendation, and every memory along the way.

Congratulations on an amazing career and legacy. You will be deeply missed, endlessly celebrated, and forever part of the Big Echo story. 💙

We’ve officially completed our certification through the NAWBO Institute, and we’re incredibly thankful to NAWBO and Volkswagen for making opportunities like this possible for women-owned businesses.

Being a certified woman-owned business isn’t just a title—it’s a tool. One that helps increase visibility, open new doors, and create more opportunities to grow, while also supporting greater equity and parity for women business owners everywhere.

This step is about showing up bigger and bolder—not just for our business, but for the women-owned businesses we collaborate with, support, and cheer on every day. It’s one more way we’re investing in long-term growth, stronger partnerships, and a more inclusive business landscape.
