Aly is the kind of strategic leader who makes complicated things look easy. He's spent his career untangling complex multi-property portfolios, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and building systems that actually hold up as a company grows. That's exactly the kind of leadership we want as we continue to scale.
As our Director of Strategic Partnerships, Aly has a knack for finding practical solutions, whether that's a smarter contract, a more efficient vendor strategy, or a process that takes work off everyone's plate. He's just as comfortable in a room full of executives as he is working with legal teams, operations leaders, and property managers, and he has a unique ability to align people around a common goal.
Beyond his career, Aly is deeply committed to community service. As Chairman of The Ismaili Council for the Western United States, a volunteer role, he oversees the leasing, improvement, and maintenance of 16 mosques across the western U.S., leading a team of 35 volunteer property managers. He brings the same discipline, integrity, and dedication to his community that he brings to his work.
And one final note: Aly's optimization skills extend well beyond the boardroom and straight to the dinner table. He's a serious foodie, so if you're ever looking for a great place to eat, his recommendations are every bit as reliable as his business advice.
