**Service Update from Hanus Tech Solutions**

To our valued customers and Seward community,

We want to keep you informed about our current service availability and how recent events are affecting our operations.

**Current Service Status:**
- ✅ **OPEN**: Remote support services
- ✅ **OPEN**: Drop-off repairs at our office (321 Jackson Ave)
- ⏸️ **LIMITED**: On-site visits and house calls

Due to the recent events in Seward, we're currently managing:
- Our existing customer backlog
- Property recovery efforts
- Community support initiatives

**What This Means for You:**
We're still here to help! While on-site visits are limited, we're fully operational for:
- Remote troubleshooting and support
- Device drop-off service at our Jackson Ave location
- Emergency consultations

**Timeline:**
We anticipate returning to full on-site service capacity by October 2025, with the possibility of extending into early 2026 depending on community needs.
