Independent VoIP and UCaaS Sales Consultant (1099, Remote)

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
This role is for independent sales professionals who want flexibility and recurring income. There are no quotas and no required hours. You control your schedule and pipeline while we handle the technical delivery and ongoing service.
You will focus on talking to business owners and decision makers, helping them modernize their phone systems and call flows, and earning ongoing commission on the accounts you bring in.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Identify and contact small and mid sized businesses in verticals like healthcare, education, and professional services
• Make outbound calls, follow ups, and online outreach to decision makers
• Present and position VoIP and UCaaS solutions using our tools and sales materials
• Track activity and deals in our CRM
• Work with the CKH team to hand off closed deals for onboarding and support
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
1 • or more years of sales or client facing experience, B2B preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses on a regular basis
• Comfortable in a commission only, performance driven role
• Self motivated and organized, able to manage your own time and follow up
• Experience with telecom, VoIP, UCaaS, SaaS, or IT services is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the U.S.
• Reliable computer, high speed internet, and a quiet place to work remotely
• Clear, professional communication skills on the phone and in writing

• Training on CKH products, pricing, and sales process
• Access to CRM tools and sales resources
• Technical implementation and support handled by CKH so you can stay focused on selling
• Recurring monthly commissions for as long as your clients remain active
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This is a commission only 1099 role. You earn a percentage of monthly service revenue for each active client, plus a one time commission for new activations.
Typical earnings range from a few hundred dollars per month for a small book of business to four figures per month and higher as your portfolio grows. Income is uncapped and recurring.
