We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minde

d individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We call current Samsung customers and do ask questions about either a repair they had done, or a telephone call they made to the support center. The calls are very straight forward, our longest survey is about 7-8 questions long. Normal call duration is about 2-3 minutes. We are highly based on performance and require a minimal of 6 completed calls per hour.
