Every year, Fire-Rescue International (FRI) brings together professionals who genuinely care about this work — and this year was no exception. Whether reconnecting with old friends or meeting new ones, the BRYCER team never gets tired of these conversations.

This year in Kansas City, we walked the floor and asked attendees to sum up FRI in a single word. The answers say more than we could.

Michael Stephany has sat on both sides of the table.

He spent years as a service provider handling and submitting inspection reports before joining BRYCER as our Head of Service Provider Partnerships. Now he's actively listening to what service providers need and driving those changes into The Compliance Engine. Compliance Sync, a new service that takes data entry off service providers' plates, is the clearest example of that.
