The SCTE® a subsidiary of CableLabs® CLC was a fantastic experience, offering valuable opportunities to connect and collaborate with fellow chapter leaders as we continue adapting to support our members in an ever-changing industry.

As Don Simmons shared, “CLC was a fantastic experience to connect and collaborate with other chapter leaders as we continue to flex to support our members through our ever changing industry.” His reflection captures the spirit of partnership and forward-thinking that defined the event.

A key theme throughout the week was leadership in times of change. Rachel Gorini expressed it powerfully: “Leading through change is inevitable—but how we lead is a choice. This week brought clarity, encouragement, and renewed momentum, reinforcing the importance of moving forward with patience and grace. I return with a refreshed vision for SCTE’s direction and great excitement for what lies ahead. I look forward to watching our board continue to come together and deliver excellence.”
