Sales Administrative Assistant
Do you want to be part of a sales successful sales team by providing administrative support to sales representatives? Do you like using your superior communication skills to understand internal and external customer needs and enjoy meeting those needs? Are you good at creating relationships with new and existing customers over the phone?

As a sales assistant you will be:
Part of a winning team who believe in treating the customer and each other like family
An integral part of the sales process
Provided with training and resources to connect with potential customers
Supported by leadership who want you to succeed and encourage your thoughts and ideas

Your role as an inside sales assistant will be comprised of:
Assisting sales team members with document preparation and sales processing
Ensuring CRM and website data is up to date and accurate
Training new sales representatives on how to complete paperwork and record data in CRM
Take the initiative and use your independent thought and skills to secure appointments; this is not a telemarketing role.

Characteristics of the Successful Candidate Include:
Required: High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred: Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or psychology) plus a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Word and Excel experience.
Friendly, congenial and outgoing communication skills.
Tenacious and comfortable following established processes.
Able to track and complete multiple projects with changing deadlines.
Knowledge of office equipment sales, IT services and /or financing preferred.
