Our flat fee structure of $125.00 for any and all strictly software problems is a sign of our wanting to be fair in our pricing and be able to let the customer know ahead of time what the cost will be. We also will let you know if there are hardware parts needed and you will have choose if you want that to happen. We can have some items that we keep on stock but we can order what is needed and have it quickly in most cases. We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving and returning on Monday December 1st. We have had a health crisis in the family and so i apologize for this late post.
