It is a slow build but a lasting one. Thank you again for your remembrance of our shop downtown. We are different from most computer shops who work by the hour. Our flat fee structure of $125.00 for any and all strictly software problems is a sign of our wanting to be fair in our pricing and be able to let the customer know ahead of time what the cost will be. We also will let you know if there are hardware parts needed and you will have choose if you want that to happen. We can have some items that we keep on stock but we can order what is needed and have it quickly in most cases.
