It’s 2025. What worked in 2022 doesn’t cut it anymore.
If you want to grow, build influence, or generate leads—you need a new playbook.

Let’s break it down:

✅ What To DO in 2025:
☑ Use carousels. They’re the #1 way to attract new followers.

☑ Engage more than you post. Comments = credibility.

☑ Text + Visual wins. Stop choosing—use both.

☑ Post vertical video. TikTok-style videos dominate LinkedIn’s feed now.

❌ What NOT To Do:
🚫 Text-only posts (they die in the algorithm).
🚫 Rely on scheduling tools or automation.
🚫 “Ghost post” without engaging before/after.
🚫 Tag everyone & hashtag everything—it’s spammy now.

If I Had Only 1 Hour/Day on LinkedIn…
I’d follow this 60-minute framework:
