Sounds ridiculous... but for many businesses, that's not far from reality.

If your passwords live in spreadsheets, sticky notes, shared documents, or random files named "Passwords.xlsx", you're creating a security risk whether you realize it or not.

A few simple ways to improve security:
🔑 Use a password manager
🔐 Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
📋 Stop sharing passwords through email, Teams chats, and sticky notes
