There’s always a lot happening behind the scenes to bring creative ideas to life, and production days are no exception.

We had a great time shooting a series of narrative videos for Pure Financial earlier this spring and wanted to share a few behind-the-scenes moments from the process!

One of the best parts of this work is seeing ideas evolve from initial conversations and storyboards into collaborative, creative ex*****on.

As President and Partner, Ron has helped shape the direction, voice, and growth of the agency over the past two decades.

When asked what advice he would give himself at the start of his career, Ron shared:

“Simple. I’d tell myself, when I was feeling discouraged about getting that first copywriter job during my first seven years in a non-creative role at Leo Burnett, to keep looking forward. It’s a cliché, but I’m where I am today because I didn’t stop pursuing what I love doing. I’d also remind myself of the demand my creative mentor at Michigan State University, the late, great Kensinger Jones, always made: ‘make it in’resting.’”
