FAQs are quietly doing the heavy lifting in AI search.
When ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews pull answers, they grab clean, structured Q&A content first.
That means three places on your site need real FAQs:
1. Homepage. Answer the top objections every customer has before they buy.
2. Service pages. Address questions specific to that service, in that city.
3. A dedicated FAQ page. Broader coverage, schema-marked, easy for AI to crawl.
Skip the generic questions. Write the ones your customers actually ask on the phone.
