Dear Skypath Network Customers,
We’re pleased to share a new payment system that will make managing your internet service easier. Beginning in April, you will start seeing your internet bills issued through our Althea account system. This platform allows you to easily set up auto-pay, giving you flexibility and control over how you manage your payments.

Look out for an email with the heading “Invoice from Althea via Freshbooks” please check your spam and trash folders. In that email there will be a green button that says "View Pay Invoice”. This will open the invoice in a new window and allow you to put in your payment information. Once paid you will get a confirmation.
We also want to take a moment to thank you for being a valued part of the Skypath community network. Your support helps us continue to operate and improve a locally focused internet service for the area.
In the coming months, you will see network upgrades rolling out across the Skypath systems that will improve performance and help us deliver faster and more reliable connectivity to you and your neighbors.
As always, our team is here to help. If you have any questions about the new billing system or the upcoming upgrades, please feel free to reply to this email, or call or text us at 1-866-4ALTHEA.
Thank you again for being part of the Skypath network. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to serve you.
Sincerely,
The Skypath / Althea Team

Hey folks,
It is a beautiful day today and yet the torrential rain appears to have brought down another tree on the power line that powers our main tower out. I have left a message with the tower operators but currently the only info I have is from the website which says power restoration around 12:30 PM
Who thinks we need an emergency generator up there already?!

🌲 SW Washington Althea Network | 2025 Recap & 2026 Look Ahead 🌲

As we wrap up 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an exciting and meaningful year for the SW Washington Althea Network—and to share what’s coming next.

This year, we were proud to continue our valued partnership with Lewis County Public Utility District as part of their open access broadband program, helping bring locally focused, high-quality internet options to our communities. We’re strong believers in open access and local choice, and this partnership continues to be a cornerstone of that mission.

We were also excited to welcome the SkyPath network into the Althea family, expanding our footprint throughout Cowlitz County. This acquisition allows us to invest further in local infrastructure while continuing to serve customers with the care and responsiveness they expect from a community-based provider.

In 2025, we also began expanding our work in bringing high-speed internet to local apartment complexes, helping more residents access reliable, affordable connectivity right where they live.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re gearing up for the next phase of growth and upgrades. We plan to enhance our wireless network with new cellular gear and explore next-generation technologies in the 6 GHz and 60 GHz bands—all aimed at improving speed, reliability, and coverage across our service areas.
Most importantly, we want to say thank you to our customers. Your trust and support make it possible for us to keep building locally owned, resilient internet infrastructure here in Southwest Washington.
💬 Interested in joining our network or learning more about supporting a local provider?
Send us a message—we’d love to talk.
Here’s to staying connected, local, and looking forward to a strong 2026 together!

Hello beautiful clientele,
May your feasts be full of family and fun. This weekend we will be restarting a few tower radios for maintenance purposes. If your lives are depending on "cyber monday" deals make sure you have a back up plan, sometimes they get a little fussy.
On another note, were hearing a lot about issues with smart TVs, if you have a smart TV that doesn't seem to hold a connection to the router let us know.

Happy Holidays =]

Hello Everyone!
If you haven't heard we are all about to experience an extreme weather event, a "Bomb Cyclone" which is a new one for me, how about you? I am sure you can imagine that Wet, Cold, and exceptionally Windy is the devil for above ground electronics devices.
I can assume there will be some power outages, We have battery backups on the main towers but they only last a few hours. Be sure your personal generators, and batteries are topped up too!
WARNING: Due to the high wind, if there is an issue on the tower I cannot climb it. We due have the capabilities to get to the tower so if it is something we can fix we will but that high up at 40-65 mph wind gusts is a recipe for disaster.
Stay Safe Out There!
