Fanning the paper before refilling the copier can help prevent jams. Creating space between the pages prevents the copier from picking up more than one page and reduces friction when the paper is grabbed. If you encounter your copier jamming continuously, call for service.

Including this code in your description for why the copier is in need of service can help the technician troubleshoot the problem faster.
