🚨 We’re Hiring – Help Desk Technician (Full-Time, On-Site in Loogootee, IN) 🚨
Taylor Tech is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Answer support calls and assist clients with day-to-day issues
Create, update, and complete Level 1 service desk tickets
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at our shop
Work on desktops, laptops, and servers to install, configure, and repair hardware and Windows/Mac operating systems
Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and basic network issues
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of experience in an IT-related role
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
✅ Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✅ Reliable, on-site availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO weekends!)
Bonus Skills (not required, but a big plus!):
💡 Experience managing/administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (user accounts, access control, etc.)
💡 UniFi Ubiquiti networking experience
