Ubiquiti Inc is doing a great job expanding into many ancillary fields. VoIP, surveillance, lighting, WISP, etc. Having everything “unified” under centralized control is invaluable. I just wish they a) didn’t have such supply chain / stock issues, b) supported multi-site controller integration better, and c) were compatible with control platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, etc. I know about the Raspberry Pi hacks and workarounds, but that’s a kludge.

To maximize your WiFi bandwidth, segment it into multiple SSID’s. It’s also proper network architecture for cybersecurity. Personal devices should not be on the same WiFi network as Home Assistants like Alexa’s or other IOT devices.
