Angelsmith is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of website development, optimization and maintenance programs. It also coordinates with the other practice-area team members.
This position is the central hub for all of our projects and reports to the co-founders, coordinates 3-4 vendors and is in a prominent position between the client and the agency. It is heavy on details.
For this position, we expect a knowledge of WordPress, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be an exceptional problem solver.
Confidence, communication, personable, hospitality-minded are critically important to being successful in this job.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Meeting with clients to review progress, discuss ideas, and keep projects moving smoothly
Understanding client/project needs and communicating them to the internal team
Working with the internal team to understand any needs or roadblocks and communicating those to the client
Both managing up and across to get the whole team to meet deadlines
Providing quality assurance on completed work by reviewing and testing items delivered by the internal team
Helping identify and define problems, and working with the team to find solutions
Tracking and managing hours spent on projects, timelines, and project deliverables
Providing creative input, including reviewing written copy, designs, emails, and ads.
Light copywriting and copyediting, including for emails, headlines, ads, and calls-to-action
WHAT YOU NEED:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in working in a web or project management environment.
Broad knowledge and experience with Wordpress, GTM, Data Studio and GA a huge plus! Experience with analytics and reporting / dashboard tools and ability to dive deep / review / analyze / pull actionable insights with the help of the team. Any hospitality experience would be lovely!
Ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize and report on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing, listening and comprehension skills, including ability to clearly and concisely communicate to client and team members
