THE DATA PREPARATION PROCESS IN WMS

Data Preparation Process:
• Step 1: If you don’t have a data template, you can download one from the system. On the "Relabeling Feature" interface, click the "Import data" button. In the "Import File" popup window, you will find two templates: a barcode file and a label file. Click the download links to save them to your device.
• Step 2: Open the downloaded barcode file (Excel format) and remove the sample data. Enter your barcode data into the list, following the three-column format:
1. Serial Number (represents the label file's page number in PDF format).
2. Original Barcode
3. New Barcode
(barcode column format can be text or numbers).
• Step 3: Once the data is correctly entered, save the file.
• Step 4: In the "Import data" popup window, enter the customer name (optional), notes (optional), and upload your created barcode file and label file to the system.
• Step 5: After uploading both files, click the Save button to update the data into the system.
• Step 6: Your data file is now uploaded to the system. Click on the uploaded data entry to review the details and verify accuracy, ensuring there are no errors.
• Step 7: If any data is incorrect, you can delete it and re-upload a corrected file. That’s it! You have successfully completed the web interface operations.
