Although all phones have been tested, checked and sanitized, not all issues can be detected at the time of testing. These are used electronics and unfortunately some of them will have issues. Just like how sometimes brand new phones have issues and people need to take it back to the Apple store or where ever they purchased it from. So since it’s possible to receive a phone that may have a problem we offer a return policy to keep our clients safe and happy. This is what mainly sets us apart from the other people selling their used phones, the ability to bring the phone back!
