We are looking for an experienced game producer to help us plan, organize, structure, enforce process & operations on an unannounced high profile IP mobile project like Fallout or Oblivion. This role is key to ensuring our team has everything needed in terms of time, information and skills, so they can claim ownership of their deliverables.
The key role will produce regular project status & progression report, backed and real game data. This producer will interface with studio, client and project leads to implement the game's objectives on-time, in-budget and at-quality. Our preferred candidate has prior experience shipping multiple games from pre-production through LiveOps.

This position will work remotely indefinitely.
Responsibilities:
- Help draft project deliverables and schedules of one or more projects, then track teams' tasks against any developing blockers or dependencies
- Identify potential production issues before they become problems
- Work with technical and creative teams to ensure all departments are fulfilling project goals and objectives
- Schedule, attend and document as needed daily standups, product reviews, client sync meetings, and planning meetings
- Help create and maintain project schedules, milestone deliverables, and feature plans
- Support marketing by providing them game assets, scheduled in advance
- Support HR and IT with administrative needs
- With studio growth, manage additional associate producers.
Requirements:
- Minimally 3-4 years of production experience in mobile or online game development, and 1 shipped title
- Experience maintaining production tracking software (JIRA, Confluence, Hansoft, Google Suite, etc.)
- Experience in managing a mobile (preferred) or PC/Console project from pre-production through submission
- Coordinate with QA and project leads to identify features to test, bug list and track
- Collect monthly deliverables from team, package and submit to clients/publishers/partners
- Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements
- Ability to work and contribute effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preference:
- Strong technical background. Prior programming or game design experience is a plus!
- Working understanding of the mobile F2P markets, Monetization, Live Ops, community management and Analytics
- Familiar with a wide variety of games, game genres and platforms
- QA, balance testing, or competitive gaming experience
- Passion for games
