iFix Phone & Computer Repair is looking for a long term technician for both locations in Louisville KY. We are one of the most high-rated electronic repair stores in Louisville and looking for enthusiastic people to become part of our team!

Technician Tasks and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Perform various inventory tasks such as counting and monitoring inventory levels
Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
Clearly explain device issues to customers as well as the following solutions.
Answer phone calls in a professional manner
Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality repairs
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
Required skills:

Must have technical and mechanical aptitude. Repair experience desired.
Analytical mindset
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to multitask and have attention to details
Strong wish to become proficient in electronic repairs
All candidates will have paid training.

We are looking for a full-time employee who is able to work 11-hours shifts!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $19.00 /hour +tips, commision depends on previous experience.
