Every property has a story. The brand's job is to make the right people see themselves in it.

For The Ellison, that meant creating a brand that reflected its repositioning as an elevated Class A community. Every decision, from the logo and typography to the color palette and supporting brand elements, was built to communicate the experience the property wanted future residents to expect.

Good branding doesn't stop at a logo. It carries through the website, social media, leasing collateral, signage, and every other moment a renter interacts with the property.

That's how a brand becomes recognizable. More importantly, it's how it becomes memorable.

Swipe through the process, then watch how it all comes together.

Six years of Chelsea at Brindle! 🥳

That’s six years of big ideas, hard work, lots of laughs, and making Brindle a better place to be. We’re pretty lucky to have had her along for so much of the ride.

Six years is kind of a big deal, so give Chelsea some love for her Brindle-versary! 🥂

Your website should start working before leasing does.

Before tours begin, prospects are driving by, searching, comparing, and deciding which communities make their shortlist for where they want to live.

For The Moon Apartments, we launched this coming soon splash page that is collecting pre-leasing leads well ahead of the construction schedule.

That means when leasing is ready to go, marketing isn’t starting from zero.

Clicks don't lease apartments.

Paid search performance should be evaluated beyond CTR and CPC. Look at the searches bringing people in, the quality of the leads they generate, and whether those leads are actually making it to a tour and ultimately, a lease!

Sometimes the opportunity isn’t getting more traffic.

It’s cutting the traffic that was never likely to lease in the first place.

Cheers to two years of Sarah Lierz at Brindle 🎉

Photographer, content manager, cat lady, and one of the people who brings a little extra joy and whimsy to everything we do.

Sarah has a way of making content feel more thoughtful, creative, and human, whether she’s behind the camera, building a social strategy, or bringing an idea to life.

We’re so lucky to have her on the team. Happy two years, Sarah! 🧡

More website traffic doesn’t automatically mean more leases.

And more leads don’t mean much if they’re the wrong leads, the website creates friction, or prospects drop off before taking the next step.

A strong multifamily marketing strategy should answer five questions:
1. Is the right audience finding you?
2. Are your leads actually qualified?
3. Can prospects easily move from interest to action?
4. Does your brand feel consistent across every touchpoint?
5. And can you clearly see what’s working, what isn’t, and where leads are falling off?

That’s the idea behind our 5-Point Multifamily Marketing Health Check.

Use it before your next quarterly planning session to identify where performance is actually breaking down, so you can prioritize the right fix instead of throwing more budget at the wrong problem.

Meet our August Brindle-sponsored Pet of the Month, Niki!

Niki is a 5-year-old Shepherd/Rottweiler mix with 66 pounds of easygoing, affectionate energy. He’s currently living in a foster home where he’s showing off his great house manners, love for quiet time with his people, and VERY strong commitment to stopping and sniffing everything on his daily walks.

Each month, Brindle sponsors a dog through The Bond Between to help support their medical needs and journey toward adoption. It’s one small way we can give back, celebrate the pets who inspire our name, and shine a light on the organizations doing incredible work for animals every day.

Here’s hoping August is Niki’s month to find his people 🧡

Interested in Niki? Visit The Bond Between to learn more about adopting!

We don’t try to be experts at everything. We specialize in multifamily marketing.

Build the foundation with a strong branding and website.

Then create demand through SEO & AI Search, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Keep renters engaged with social media, content, and messaging that supports the renter journey.

Because multifamily marketing works better when every piece is working toward the same goal.

Build the brand → Create demand → Keep people engaged.

That’s the difference between a list of marketing services and a connected multifamily marketing strategy.

Google just gave us a better way to measure AI search visibility.

With the new Generative AI Performance report in Search Console, we can now see which pages are appearing in Google’s AI features, how many impressions they’re earning, and how that visibility changes over time.

The part we’re most interested in? Seeing which pages Google is already surfacing gives us a stronger starting point for what to strengthen, expand, or optimize next.

There are still gaps. Right now, Google is primarily giving us impression and page-level data. We still can’t see the exact prompts or searches that triggered the result, or clicks specifically from these AI features.

So, no, this doesn’t replace other AI visibility tracking.

But it does give us another piece of the puzzle as Google search keeps changing underneath all of us.
