We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position combines customer service, production, and hands-on work helping businesses bring their marketing and printing projects to life.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
✔ Prepare quotes and process orders
✔ Operate digital printing and finishing equipment
✔ Help with production, bindery, and packaging projects
✔ Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
✔ Work closely with our team to provide outstanding customer service
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning technology and production equipment
• Graphic design experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
