Jarred is our fantastic billing specialist who has been an incredible addition to the customer service team this year. Along with handling billing, he also supports our phone and walk‑in customers. He’s great at breaking things down step‑by‑step, helping people understand their accounts, and explaining Pulse services in a clear, easy, non‑technical way.

We had such a great time at the Loveland Corn Roast Festival on Saturday! Our float stood out from the crowd with bright pink flamingos and a giant birthday cake celebrating America’s 250th. Fun fact, the cake was made using our very own fiber spools!

We’re honored to represent Pulse at such an amazing community tradition and grateful for the chance to connect with so many smiling face along the parade route.

We’re already looking forward to next year, see you there! 🦩

Meet Jack — one of our amazing customer experience reps! He’s passionate about swimming, gaming, and is consistently praised for his calm, patient support and technical expertise on every call.

A few months after Jack joined Pulse, the Alexander Mountain Fire started ablaze.
