Meet Jimmy Le of Draft Studios in our
Jimmy is a mixed media artist who explores the combination of traditional art mediums and new technologies. His focus right now is Web Design. He enjoys the work of expression and intent through to context of design. Jimmy founded Draft Studios to help fellow artists and small businesses translate their style, their story and their work online.
Draft Studios hopes to support the local artists and ultimately build a thriving creative market where we can all carve out a living doing what we love.

Jimmy is currently Working on building connections between artists and local businesses in the way of coordinated workshops. Right now we are at Cobblestones Restaurant and the Pollard Library. The hope is that the relationship continues beyond the workshops and opens new opportunities for the artists.
As for his longer term goals he says "I want to raise money for digital literacy and online equity for artists. It's a catch-22 when it comes to websites because the ones who need it most can't afford it and can't keep up with the changing technology. I want artists to have an online presence they can be proud of and understand the tools to manage it themselves. Money raised would go to building the curriculum, teaching courses, and covering online maintenance and subscription fees for those who are building out their first website."
